We offer a 14-day return policy

Size / Colour Exchange

1. Log in to My Account → find your order → "Request Return"

2. Select the reason for return

⚠️ Be sure to include in the "Notes" field:

  • The size you'd like to receive
  • The colour (if it has multiple variants)

Example: "I'd like to exchange for XL black"

3. Pack the item + include a note with your order number

4. Send to the return address below ↓

5. You'll receive the new item within 2–3 days of us receiving your parcel

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the product is faulty or incorrect)


Refund

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select your order → "Request Return"
  3. Select the reason
  4. Pack the item with a note with your order number
  5. Send to the return address below ↓
  6. Refund (including original shipping cost) processed within 10 business days of receipt

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, contact us at store@wildfishstories.com before the deadline. We will reimburse the price you paid for the goods, plus the cost of standard delivery to you, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

The item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
