Each package has the exact roast date on the label. We roast in small batches of 30-70 pieces every 2-3 weeks. Freshness guaranteed, just like the quality of our videos!

Is Wild Fish Coffee suitable for a home espresso machine?
Yes, the grind is universal for pressure methods – moka pot, Aeropress, espresso machine. If you have an espresso machine with a grinder and prefer to grind yourself, please write - we are considering a whole bean version.

Is the coffee strong or mild?
Medium roast, low acidity - mild, but with a distinct flavor. It is not roasted "dark" (not bitter), it is not a light roast (not sour).

How to store coffee in the field?
