The Pike Five Panel Cap is a collaboration between Sterkowski x Wild Fish Stories - a Warsaw workshop with 100 years of craftsmanship tradition meets outdoor fishing design.
What makes the Pike Cap unique?
British Millerain waxed cotton - legendary waxed cotton from England, used since the 19th century in outdoor and military clothing. Resistant to wind and moisture. With each season, it gains character and a noble patina - your cap lives with you.

Material: British Millerain Waxed Cotton
Fabric with tradition since 1880. Cotton impregnated with natural wax - resistant to rain, wind, dirt. Breathes better than synthetics. Over time, it develops a patina - each cap becomes unique.
Design and craftsmanship
Graphic design of the patch: Tomasz Korzewski - raw, symbolic character of Wild Fish Stories. Interchangeable elements add functionality (you can change patches). Adjustable size at the back. Hand-sewn by masters from the Sterkowski workshop.
Five Panel - why this cut?
Five panel is a classic outdoor cut - a lower profile than a baseball cap, lighter construction, fits better on the head. Quilted material adds originality.
FAQ
Is the cap waterproof?
British Millerain waxed cotton is resistant to light and moderate rain (it won't get soaked through for an hour). In heavy rain, water will eventually penetrate (it's not goretex). It dries quickly and the waxing can be renewed every 2 years.
How to care for waxed cotton?
DO NOT machine wash. Clean with a dry brush or damp cloth. If wax is lost, it can be renewed with wax. The more it's used, the better it looks - patina is added value.
Is the size adjustable?
Yes, adjustable with a plastic clip at the back.
Are the patches interchangeable?
Yes, velcro patches. The set includes a Sterkowski x Wild Fish Stories patch. You can buy other patches or create your own - standard velcro.
